As a part of my six week Artist-in Residence/ Guest Director stint here at
Huntington College (Indiana) I will be speaking for three days in Chapel and
two evenings the week of 22 March '4.
If you live in the area you are welcome to attend any of the following
events.
Chapels:
Tuesday, 23 Mar. '4 -- 10 AM
"Recapturing Youir Creative Spirit"
Is everyone born creative or are there just a select few that the
Creator gives "all the toys" to at birth?
Come and discover what each of us has in common with da Vinci, Walt Disney,
Barbra Striesand, Thomas Edison, the Wright Brothers and other of history's
most actively creative people. You use your creative spirit everyday, but
you don't notice it.
Wednesday, 24 Mar. '4 -- 10 AM
"Get Up, Get Dressed, Get Movin' !"
Thursday, 25 Mar. '4 -- 10 AM
"How to Get a $50,000 Education on a $25,000 Tutition"
Evening Presentations:
Tuesday, 23 Mar. '4 -- 7:30 PM
"The Fifth Gospel"
One-man play onb the life of Christ as told by more than two dozen people
who were there. I have performed this piece 1500 times since January 1972,
but with the release of Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ" it is
recieving new interest as it asks the audience to examine the human side of
the Jesus story.
What was "God come among us" like as a young boy, a teenager, and in his
personal relationships. As always there will be a Q&A session immediately
following the Huntington College performance. If you want to bring your
youth group or church group I would ask you please to contact Bill Fisher,
chaplain, to notify him that you will be bringing a group. Bill's office
here at Huntington is (260) 359-4031. If it's just a car-full, come on down.
Wednesday, 24 Mar. '4 -- 9:30 AM
"Finding Your Passion, Your Power, Your Purpose"
Wednesday evenings is a student-run Ekklesia service with singing and a
devotional message. This will be the briefest of my presentations.
