• Just a quick note to invite you to read my blog post for 9/11 –  
"covered in dust" – which I wrote last year and reposted (because of  
the good responses last year.)

• On a the liter side, the blog post immediately preceding my 9/11  
post is a fun self-survey to complete and send to friends. You may  
also take the bate and ask one new question of me in the comments  
section of that post – "who are you."

Do leave a comment, however brief, as your being there keeps me  
scribbling.

• I will have some major news about my professional life in the next  
moth or two. Until then those of you who are "faith folks" I will  
covet any prayers on my behalf as these new changes develop and  
unfold – wisdom, clarity, vigor.

• Hope the coming Autumnal days are filled with grand colors, bracing  
star-lit evenings, and friends gathered to squeeze out one last  
summer hurrah before winter replaces the campfire with the crackling  
flames of the hearth.
