And so many other programs that you can use to communicate.  I don't
need to get this type of email either by mistake or on purpose.

Friends, haven't you ever heard of a "reply-to" vs "reply-to-all"?
Clearly what has happened is someone simply "replied to all" instead of
just to McNair, but now every time each of you do so McNair's entire
mailing list gets a copy as well.  Everyone stop sending mail to
mcnairmail at istep.com (check your CC fields).
